Vacation

Mowing, Chicken Backup and Roof Cat Fights

OK so today I mowed the yard again. Maybe a few places did not need mowing but a lot of places really needed it. I let the chickens out of the pen today while I mowed because they like to chase around behind the mower and look for bugs I guess. It's kind of funny the way they act. It looks like they are running backup for me. My tomcats had a huge fight last night on top of our shop building of all places. The wisteria arbor is right next to the shop and they go up the posts to the top but a knock down drag out fight on the roof is a first. Cats are STRANGE. Ha Ha. All in all a nice day with lots of beautiful sunshine and a visit with my sisters ("hen party") in the afternoon.

As I said yesterday I am posting some new garden pictures. It rained and was cloudy but I sometimes think this is a great time to take pictures. As you know I love vintage so you will see lots of vintage rust and junk in my garden and I would not have it any other way.

I Believe In Family and Sunshine

Had beautiful days for the past 2 days. Above average temps and plenty of sunshine after a few showers. Had time to work on my yard yesterday and spring is looking up in the garden. We all had a nice visit with family that was here from out of town on Saturday night and that is always great, plus it was so nice we got to sit outside until after dark. I miss my out of town family and wish we could run back and forth more often. I was going to post a few pics this morning but got up to rain so I will hold off till tomorrow and get some fresh spring garden pics to put here. Have a great day. Jesus loves you.

Rain Rain Rain

It has rained all day which makes it seem all the more like a real Monday.  I could do without the storms though. Yesterday one of my etsy items, a set of blue flower mugs, was featured in another etsy sellers treasury which was very flattering.

I spent the whole morning crafting and then running errands so now is computer time. Do you ever wonder where all the time in a day goes? I think my day slips away and I still have so much I want to do.
